In 1979, exactly on April 4th, Mr. Carlo "Carletto" Prigliano was issued by the Municipality of Diano Marina the License No. 225 for the exercise of Hotel, Pension, Inn activities; Mr. Carletto and his family lead it with great ability and professionalism until 2008, and even today the figure of Mr. Carletto is alive in the clientele.
Today, despite being more than 50 years since its opening, the Restaurant maintains the same ability to propose all guests a rich, varied, genuine cuisine, respectful of traditions, but always in step with the times.
The rustic but elegant style, makes the Caminetto a welcoming place, suitable for any type of occasion. Then, during the summer, the garden transforms it into an intimate and reserved place for romantic and friends dinners.
Specialties are all the typical dishes of traditional Ligurian cuisine, revisited exclusively in high quality ingredients, and of course the fish, coming almost exclusively from our gulf and purchased daily at Oneglia.
Excellent also the Piedmontese meat and the renowned Australian and American Black Angus cooked on the grill.
